Back Pain and Spinal Conditions \u2014 Targeted Help When Standard Therapy Isn’t Enough<\/span><\/span><\/h1>

Back pain is the leading cause of work disability in Switzerland \u2014 and yet, many sufferers receive the same advice for years: physical therapy, topical gels, rest. Well-intentioned, but often insufficient when the pain has already become chronic or has a clear structural cause.<\/p>\n

Interventional spine pain therapy is most effective precisely where conservative measures hit their limits. With imaging guidance \u2014 CT, ultrasound, or fluoroscopy \u2014 pain sources can be localized down to the millimeter. Medications are delivered exactly where they’re needed: to the irritated nerve root, into the inflamed facet joint, into the sacroiliac joint. Or specific structures that transmit pain signals to the brain are selectively deactivated.<\/p>\n
